Bat

Here's one of my school projects from the past semester. I'm going to try and upload the projects that I don't hate over the next few days. This was a project from fairly early in the semester were we had to design an animal in Polynesian style. I chose a bat.

I know I haven't posted to the blog in a while, the semester was crazy stressful and busy for me and I have literally spent the past two weeks doing absolutely nothing! Now I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. These are just some doodles I did tonight (technically yesterday now). I'm trying to get better at character design since I feel like a lot of my designs look a little too same-ish. I started out with the two at the bottom, trying to challenge myself by humanizing some Muppets since they are very shape oriented. Not sure if I succeeded, but I like them regardless.

School has been keeping me majorly busy lately, but last night I decided to take some time to doodle for myself. :)

Perspective Final

For my perspective final I designed a Gravity Falls based dark ride. For once my theme park obsession came in handy!
